KG Graphics is a design & printing shop based in Danville, VA. The studio was founded in 2009 by Kristen Gusler. We deliver creative solutions and intelligent ideas to clients big and small: retail, restaurants, businesses of any size, personal use, or anything needing a new identity or brand.

We specialize in custom designs: logos, business cards, advertising, flyers, posters, branding, stickers, package labeling, brochures, catalogs, editorial, promotional items, identity, illustration, invitations, websites, email marketing, t-shirts, photography, signage, exhibitions, and just about anything graphic related for your business or individual use. Kristen has always had a love for art for as long as she can remember, so she knew at a young age that she wanted a career in art. Design is in everything we touch and see in life so she wanted to be a part of bringing them to life for everyone to see. She graduated from Longwood University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design and a minor in photography. Her dream was to open her own business, so in 2009, she started freelancing, and in 2013, that dream came true with opening KG Graphics shop full time. She loves what she does and loves bringing people's ideas to life! When not designing, she spends time with her husband Ryan, tending to their farm and riding horses.

Ryan helps over see the day to day operations of KG Graphics to make sure that the organization runs as well as possible, with smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of the customers and clients. He also has a keen eye for design and helps brainstorm creative solutions that are not only for the graphic side but for the business side as well. Ryan has been instrumental in connecting KG Graphics with new customers and clients. During his free time he enjoys spending time with family and his wife and tending to their fainting goat farm.

Growing up, Brianna always had an eye for detail, typography, and design, from placing in a photography contest in elementary school and creating little, made-up business cards in middle school to earning the role of senior publications editor at Galileo High School and designing several magazines and booklets at Averett University. She discovered her passion for design and found a career path that she loved! She graduated from Averett University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology. In her free time, Brianna loves playing with her dog Sasha, traveling, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts!

Small Business Pinnacle Award

2020 has been one crazy year! We started this year off the same as every year. Same quality, same service, maybe some new products. Then Covid 19 hit... our operations manager, Ryan, saw this a month ahead of time and predicted how it would affect us, so he came up with a game plan to not only fill some slow time but to also help support other local businesses that were not able to have their physical doors open during the first couple of phases. With your help we raised over $10,000 selling "Support Local T-shirts" to give back out to other businesses in our area! We did all this from the kindness of our hearts because we wanted to help during these times. Never in a million years did we expect to receive an award for it! To all those that nominated us, THANK YOU! We feel honored, blessed, excited, and so thankful to be awarded the highest title of this years Small Business Pinnacle Award from the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce! Through your continued support, we have grown so much this year, even having to hire two new amazing employees to add to our already awesome team! Thank you!
